Does StockLock sync products?

No. StockLock syncs inventory quantities for approved SKU matches. It does not sync titles, descriptions, images, prices, tags, collections, or metafields.

Are SKU matches automatic?

StockLock can suggest matches, but merchants approve mappings before inventory syncing starts.

Can I pause syncing?

Yes. Use the app controls to pause or investigate sync activity before continuing.

What happens if a webhook is missed?

StockLock keeps event logs and reconciliation surfaces so merchants can review mismatches and decide how to align inventory.
